Welcome to Mimo Scoop!

By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

Order Processing & Shipping:
  • Please allow 2–3 business days for order processing.

  • If your order includes a packing video, it will be shipped within 2–3 business days.

  • If no video is included, your order will be shipped within 1–2 business days.

  • Once shipped, delivery takes approximately 2–5 business days across the U.S.

  • We currently ship within the United States only.

    • A $9.99 standard shipping fee applies to all orders.

You will receive an order confirmation via email within 24 hours after placing your order. If you don’t see it, please check your spam/junk folder or email us at mimoscoop@gmail.com within 48 hours of your order date.

Once your order ships, a tracking number will be sent to your email.

Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations

Because each scoop is randomly selected, we are unable to accept any returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order is placed and shipped.
All sales are final. Please make sure your order details and shipping information are accurate and complete (include apartment number if available) before checkout.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Please ensure your address is correct. Once a package is shipped, the delivery address cannot be revised. Mimo Scoop is not responsible for lost or delayed packages once they are in the hands of the carrier. If any issue arises, please contact the shipping provider directly. Any re-consignment shipping fees will be fully covered by buyer.

If there is a delivery address issue or verification needed to be done before we ship out the package, we will contact you for confirmation.

We always track Mimo Scoop's shipments. If the package is confirmed to be lost due to carrier's fault, a replacement or full refund will be issued.

Personalization Notes

If you would like to personalize your order, there is a custom note section at checkout. Kindly note that special requests are subject to availability and may not always be guaranteed. We may still be able to update your order according to your notes via email to mimoscoop@gmail.com if the package hasn't been prepared or shipped yet.
