We’ll scoop, pack, and wrap your order with love 🧡 — then send it off to you! If you purchased the TikTok packing video add-on, keep an eye on @mimo.scoop to see your lucky scoop featured online.

When will I receive my order?

Please allow 2-3 business days to pack your order. We currently ship within the US only and shipping takes another 2-5 business days across the states.

If a packing video is included, your order will be shipped in 2-3 business days. Your Tiktok packing video will be posted within 2-3 business days after the order date.
If a packing video is NOT included, your order will be shipped in 1-2 business days.

Once the tracking number is available, we will update you immediately. Please check your spam/junk folder if you didn't receive an email confirmation or email us at mimoscoop@gmail.com within 48 hours after the order date.

Why didn't I get any email confirmation after placing my order?

Once you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation via email within 24 hours. Please make sure to enter your email address carefully and correctly when placing your order to avoid any potential delays.

How much does a scoop cost?

Our pricing ranges from $29.99 - $35.99 per scoop (excluding TikTok packing video). Each scoop gets 15-20 items. We offer a variety of cute stationery sets, accessories, bath essentials, and many more. We always keep updating our items according to the trends, so stay tuned for our incoming new scoop items!

Do you offer shipping outside the US?

Unfortunately, we currently only offer shipping within the US for now. A $9.99 standard shipping fee applies for all orders (no minimum order).

What is the return / exchange policy?

As each scoop order is randomly selected, any returns / exchanges / cancellations are not accepted. You may add any request on the "Personalization Notes" section at checkout. Please note that while we do our best to honor special requests, we can’t guarantee that every request can be fulfilled.
